1. GENERAL INFORMATION
By making a reservation at Casería 7 Fuentes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and individuals who make a booking at or use the services of our hotel.
 
2. RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
All payments for stays at Casería 7 Fuentes must be made upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the charges set out in our cancellation policy will apply.
 
3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
 
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellation timeframes and applicable fees.

5. GUESTS & VISITORS
The maximum number of guests allowed per room is determined by the room type.
All guests must comply with the hotel’s policies, including behaviour standards, noise regulations, and respect for other guests.

6. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Casería 7 Fuentes reserves the right to charge guests for any necessary repairs or replacements resulting from damage caused.

7. PETS
Dogs are welcome at Casería 7 Fuentes, but only with prior agreement.
An additional fee of €30 per dog applies for the duration of the stay.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, there is a limit to the number of dogs allowed on the property at any one time. Once this limit is reached, we will be unable to accept further pets.
Assistance animals are always welcome.
Guests wishing to bring dogs must inform us at the time of booking to confirm availability and obtain approval.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Casería 7 Fuentes will not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil obligations due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. CHANGES RO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Casería 7 Fuentes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be available on our website, and by making a booking you agree to comply with any such changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes relating to the use of our services will be settled in the courts of Jaén, Spain.
