Andrés was born in the heart of Jaén and grew up exploring the landscapes of the Sierra de Cazorla.
With a background in Computer Science and hospitality management in Scotland, he ensures smooth operations at Casería 7 Fuentes.
He’s always happy to share local history, scenic tips, or just a friendly welcome.
KIERAN AUSTIN
Kieran brings over 16 years of hospitality experience and a creative flair rooted in his Highland upbringing.
A nature lover and keen hiker, he’s passionate about helping guests discover the best trails, views, and hidden corners of the Sierra.
His warm, hands-on approach ensures every guest feels at home.

A lifelong local from Aldea de Cuenca, Vero is deeply connected to the land and its traditions.
