WHAT IS WEB ACCESSIBILITY ?
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved through system capabilities and assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, and accessibility extensions.

ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON THIS SITE
We have adapted this site in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and strive for Level AA compliance. Our site content has been adjusted to work with assistive technologies and is continually reviewed for improvement. As part of this effort, we have:

  • Set the language of the site to Spanish and English, depending on visitor selection

  • Adjusted the content order of site pages for logical navigation

  • Defined clear heading structures across all pages

  • Added alternative text to all meaningful images

  • Chosen colour combinations that meet the required contrast ratios

  • Minimized use of animations and motion to avoid triggering sensitivity

  • Ensured that PDFs and other files uploaded to the site are accessible

ACCESSIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS AT CASERÍA 7 FUENTES
Casería 7 Fuentes is a purpose-built rural hotel located in Aldea de Cuenca, Jaén. We aim to provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our guests, with a range of features to support accessibility.
 

  • Ground-floor access: The main entrance is at street level with no steps.

  • Accessible guest room: One ground-floor ensuite room has been adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

  • Room layout: There are 5 guest rooms and the salon on the ground floor, and 5 guest rooms on the first floor.

  • Dining and terrace access: The dining room and terrace are located on the basement level. While there is no lift between floors, the basement can be reached directly from the outside if needed.

  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available within the hotel grounds.

  • Service animals: Welcome throughout the property.

  • Additional support: Staff are happy to provide assistance with luggage, check-in, or navigating the property, and printed information can be provided in large format upon request.
     

We are actively exploring further improvements and welcome input from our guests.
