We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. This policy explains how cancellations work when you book directly with Casería 7 Fuentes.

STANDARD RATE BOOKINGS

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 3 days before arrival for a full refund.

• Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 2 days of arrival 50% of the total value will be charged

• Day Before Arrival: Cancel 1 day before arrival – full cost of your stay will be charged.

• No-Show: If you don’t arrive and haven’t let us know, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
   

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

• Payment is taken at the time of booking and is not refundable if you cancel or don’t arrive.

• If your plans change, we’ll do our best to move your booking to new dates (subject to availability and possible price differences).
   

GROUP BOOKINGS (3 rooms or more)

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancel more than 14 days before arrival – full refund of the deposit.

• Cancel within 14 days of arrival – deposit is non-refundable.

• Full payment may be required 14 days before arrival.

If you booked directly with us, please email info@caseria7fuentes.com or call +34 953 851 340.
If you booked through a third-party site (such as Booking.com), please use their cancellation process.

EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
If you have to cancel due to events outside your control (such as severe weather, travel restrictions, or illness), let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to offer alternative dates or a credit for a future stay.

REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 7–10 working days using your original payment method.
